My name is Ukyo. My native language is only Japanese. I started learning English in 1999 April. However, I can't (understand or follow here?) any hard English. For instance, I have possessed (←A regular verb or an irregular verb?) a book written in English since 2006. I used to use this as the textbook in one of the classes when I was one of the university students. The English in that book is hard for me to (understand or follow here?). The instructor who taught the students in the class I mentioned is from England. The title of that book is CONFUCIUS LIVES NEXT DOOR (By T.R. REID). The color of the cover and the back side of this book is mainly red (Includes black, white and so forth, though), I think this book can be checked on the Internet. (I could.) I hope I can read with native speakers of English even little by little. Do you happen to know or possess (←A regular verb or an irregular verb?) this book?! If yes, and if possible, we can read together, right? I'd like to improve my English more. That's why. I have my email address, Facebook, LINE.
I check my email, Facebook, LINE, and here (Language Exchange) almost every day. (Mainly, every night) How about you? Although I have LINE, email and Facebook messenger and so forth are easier for me to use than LINE. I am practicing using LINE too of course, though.
I memorized only one magic trick with a pack of cards.
I like to use Word, Excel (By Microsoft) and so forth.
Do you know "Wake Up" (By Hilary Duff)? I translated the lyrics into Japanese so that I can sing it in Japanese too. Can you believe?!

Questions:
1: Have you ever seen the word "Appurtenant?" The book I mentioned has this word. According to the instructor I mentioned, this is a very high level word. Few native speakers of English has seen this. Is "Appurtenant" an adjective or a noun?
2: In what situation(s), can "How do you like them apples?" "Look what the cat dragged in?" be used?
3: Have you ever heard "Can you make a shoe stink?" The American who I know told me this. I used to learn English from him. He lives in Japan. According to him, he has never seen "Appurtenant." I mentioned.
To Italian native speakers:
1: Grazie means thank you? Prego is You're welcome? Oro is gold? They are only words I have heard.
2: Italian language uses the alphabets like English?

2: How can I use the function of correction in Language Exchange?

I had stayed in the hospital. (psychiatry) and still keep seeing my doctor regularly, fundamentally still, once in two weeks. (Sigh) I used to commute to Gastroenterology, however, I haven't seen that doctor for a while. (I used to see him BEFORE I stayed in the psychiatry.)
My hands tremble. That's why it's difficult for me to use my hands :(
It's difficult for me to walk on account of pain of near my stomach (Around my solar plexus.)
I frequently feel I'm all alone :( That's why I hope I can make friends in here. ([Including or through here?] Language Exchange)
