Hi. My name is Ian. I'm a Buddhist, focused mainly on the Thai Forest Tradition, and I'd like to be able to listen to the Dhamma talks of the great Thai masters in their native language (or in the case of Ajahn Jayasaro, in his preferred language), and to eventually read and write Thai as well (though I wsnt to learn to speak it first and to read and write later). I (usually) try not to get distracted by the world so I'm not much interested in hobbies, music, and other things that most people are interested in. I'm a complete beginner in Thai, but a near-master of English, so I can definitely help you with your English. :)
