Hello, I live in Sweden and I'm on native level in both Swedish and Polish, my English level is somewhere on B2, and I can speak a bit German. I would like to learn some Japanese, since I'd like to visit Japan next year, and I unfortunately am a total beginner, knowing only a couple of words. My focus is to learn some basic Japanese, and I'm open for both chatting and video/voice calls. I'm interested in the culture too, so I'm open to being penpals too! I'm in my late 20's and work in IT. I like older cars (especially Japanese), a wide variety of music, all from metal to eurobeat, cats, walks, nature and taking photos. I occasionally play games too, the most recent being Forza Horizon 6. I also like to talk about random things and learn about the countries I'm interested in, even the small details.

My native language is Swedish but I have been speaking english for years, I learnt english through gaming. I don't wanna say my name but my friends usually call me Liv or Nana. I am socially awkward, please be patient.
I like anime and music, I really like Studio Ghibli, Bludgeoning death angel dokuro-chan, serial experiments lain and stuff like that. My favorite band right now is probably Chiodos. I really like pandas and collect everything panda, I have so many panda plushies. I really like Lucifer Valentine's films.
I am also mixed, my dad is from Colombia but my mom is Swedish and Sweden is where I have always lived. Despite my dad being fully Colombian, I actually don't speak a word of Spanish.
I also like gaming, especially story games like Beyond two souls, Detroit: become human and life is strange.
I don't have many friends in real life, so when I was around the age of 10 I started making friends online instead! I also collect DVDs and CDs. I am totally new to learning other languages and I'd prefer to meet people only around my own age, but it's okay if not.

My name is Csenge and I was born in Hungary, but I am living in Sweden now. I am here to make friends and do language exchange!
I have started learning Korean around 2~3 years ago, but my knowledge is still not very good. I am somewhat good at reading and writing, however, speaking is not going that well for me. I very much hope that one day I will become fluent in Korean!
Italian has my heart, it sounds so melodic and it looks so beautiful. I truly want to learn it, as I wish to speak the language which my beloved angel, Antonio Vivaldi has spoken.
I have stared learning some really basic Chinese, as I find it a very gorgeous language. I mainly study it as a hobby, but I really want to understand and speak this wonderful language someday.
I have Russian on my list of languages I would like to learn as well. I find Russian a very pretty language. I love the sounding of it.
Right now my focus is mainly on Italian. ☺️

Hi, I am Finnish language enthusiast currently living in Helsinki. I would personally consider my self a self-taught linguist.
I am native Swedish and Finnish Speaker (C2), have C1 in English, and B1 in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese. My Vietnamese is quite poor and German is okay A2.
I am aiming to pass all the JLPT-tests. I will start from N5. in 2025 I plan to attend HSK3 and maybe HSKK middle level. At some point I would also like to have a grade 3 in TOPIK (Korean language test)
I have been to university exchange in South Korea twice (Hallym University, 08-12/2016; Kyung Hee University 08/2020-05/2021) and lately I returned from a 9 month stay attending Chinese classes at National Taiwan Normal University (08/2023-05/2024). I have also travelled to Hong Kong, Japan, and Vietnam for some 2-3 days each.
Studying languages and meeting people in the process is a life style choice I made at the age of 22 (now I am 32).
I am happy to help people in learning languages so if that is what you want we could meet and then I see what I can do.
