Hi everybody,
I'm a native certified Persian teacher and intend to practice conversational English with a native speaker. I would be happy to help you with learning Persian. I'm a BA of English Literature and a translator (Persian to English and vice versa).
I’ve also done two courses of Teaching Persian to Non-native Speakers at Saadi Foundation. I've put links of my certificates here but this website omitted them and put a note saying "link not accepted". One thing I can promise you'll realize after getting to know an Iranian; we are not what mainstream media have told the world.
My hobbies are watching Hollywood movies (IMDb list of Top movies), videos of movie analysis and reading articles about them, comedy (Max Amini; Iranian-American), nature as the oxygen to the soul and personal growth as the nourishment to the mind and character.
My favorite Principles of Zoroastrianism (an ancient Persian religion) are good thoughts, good words, and good deeds (humata, hukhta, hvarshta respectively in Avesta language; an ancient Iranian language).
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Mohammad
P.S.: Profile photo: The Cyrus Cylinder includes the decrees Cyrus the Great, the founder of the Persian Achaemenian Empire, made on human rights inscribed in the Akkadian language on a baked-clay cylinder in 539 B.C. UNESCO has recognized Cyrus Cylinder as one of world’s earliest human rights charters.
