Hello! I'm an English teacher from Barcelona wanting to practice the language with a native speaker, as I spend all day talking to my students and I feel I need to keep updated with new vocabulary and expressions. I have two little kids, so nowadays no time for any hobbies :)

My name is Derek and although it doesn't seem like it (because of my name, lol) I'm Spanish. I moved to the Netherlands a couple of years ago and during this time, I have been trying to learn the language. I would say I can have decent conversations in the language but I wouldn't mind practising a bit more ;).
I can, in exchange, help you with Spanish, Catalan, English or even (Brazilian) Portuguese if your level isn't that high. I'm a very outgoing person and believe there are always things to talk about. True thinking is done through speaking and writing ;).

I would love to be in an exchange program or experience between Tokyo and Vienna, with a family (preferable with a teenager of my age) in Tokyo hosting me for two weeks where i can immerse myself in the cultural and language Japanese experience and in return my family and me in Vienna we will host the teenager and teach them all about Vienna, and teach you in English, Spanish, or Catalan since we are a trilingual family.
I have been learning a bit of Japanese and it would be a dream for me to participate in one of this experience or programs.
I count with the support of my parents.
Searching online for companies who provides this kind of programs, I have found the Language EXCHANGE, I am willing for a long and short term options for me.
I like listening to music, drawing, crafting, playing volleyball and watching movies/series.
