Hi I am Japanese, living in Penang and I am learning Mandarin about a year or so, but my Mandarin has not improved at all. I guess I need to practice to speak more.
I am looking for someone who is a native Mandarin speaker and interesting in another cultures as well.
I speak Japanese and English so your Japanese is not that good or need to explain in English, I can willing to do that.
