Hi, my interests include literature, classical music, theatre and traveling. These are noncontentious topics we can explore safely. Talk to me to find out some more contentious ones about which we could civilly discuss.:-)

Learning Russian half for business and half for fun. Dabbling in Kazakh/Uyghur as a quaint hobby, nobody speaks them around me. I also speak passable German. Currently half-heartedly trying to brush up my lost Japanese after another trip to Japan as well. (Yes, I know, I fully agree that I won't have enough time, but it's all harmless joy.) Mandarin is my native language and I have plenty of experience helping others learn it as well as English. Sinitic topolect speakers are also welcome to have a chat.;-) Ta-ta!
