Hello! I've travelled a lot and lived in many places and learned a little bit of several languages... I have been living in Montreal for several years now, and would love to improve my French. My understanding isn't too bad, my speaking needs a lot of work. I have taught English on various occasions throughout my life... happy to find a language exchange partner to practice French and English with. Hi. I'm Catherine; I live in Montreal and want to improve my spoken French through conversation with a native french speaker. Although a senior, I'm physically active with dance, hiking, canoeing, etc. and keep mentally alert with travel, painting, reading, etc. Politics, social issues, the natural environment, psychology - just about everything interests me. Plus, bonus! - Having taught English professionally for many years, I can pinpoint another person's verbal bloops and help them improve.

Outside of French I love reading and sports (but am currently recovering from ACL surgery :( ). I graduated with a masters in Neuroscience, I'm also pretty into philosophy and mindfulness. After my little hiatus in Montreal I want to travel in Asia for a few months, especially Thailand and Vietnam.
