Bonjour,
Anglaise qui vis en France depuis huit ans, mais je trouve encore difficile de parler la langue, et je veux vraiment m'améliorer. Je suis environ au niveau B2 en comprehension écrite😊 , mais seulement B1 en expression orale😒.
J'ai 64 ans. J'adore les jardins, et être au dehors au soleil. Avant, en Angleterre, je travaillais comme architecte paysagiste; maintenant je suis semi-retraitée; je travaille seulement l'été - je suis gardienne d'une maison de vacances, et en hiver je vais au sud d'Espagne pour chercher du soleil. J'habite dans l'Aveyron, et il me semble que tout le monde ici hiberne pendant l'hiver!
Je serais très heureuse de faire des échanges et d'aider quelqu'un d'autre a améliorer leur anglais; je préfèrerais que ce soit une femme qui vive en France et qui partage mon enthousiasme pour les jardins, plantes, la campagne, etc.

I’m 66 years old retired teacher. I live in Montpellier France with my retired husband. Parents of two adult children. I love cooking walking travelling. I was born in Trinidad and live in France since my marriage 40 years ago. I’m interested in corresponding with a Russian person because I’m beginning to learn Russian on the internet. I am from a large Irish family. I spent my childhood and early working career in England before moving to Scotland, where I lived and worked for 35 years. I moved to France during the pandemic and have decided to settle here.
I’ve taken up growing my own vegetables and some fruits. it’s a steep learning curve !
I like to listen to the radio while working in the garden.
I really love cooking, the arts, current and international affairs. I enjoy the outdoors and am very active but play no sports. I do however enjoy watching them especially Rugby.
I am still getting settled in France and I am really trying to embrace a new culture.
I have three children who work in the UK , Norway and Afghanistan.

Hola. En resumen, desde 2017, hago la relacíon entre Argentina y Saboya, provincia francesa de donde proceden muchos de nuestros antepasados. En aquella época vivía principalmente en la provincia de Entre Ríos, pero, como muchos otros, tuve que abandonar el país con la llegada de la pandemia. Recientemente jubilado, estoy preparando mi regreso a finales del año que viene y tratando de subsanar mi falta de práctica del idioma. Busco principalmente contactos con Argentina o Perú, pero cualquier país de América Latina es bienvenido.
