My level in Korean is upper beginer (CEFR level A2, TOPIK I level 2). I speak fluently French (CEFR level C2, native) and English (CEFR level C1, IELTS band 7.0). I have upper intermediate level in Spanish (CEFR level B2).
I am generally available Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 11:30am. I can travel within 45 minutes from Geomam station (검암역) using the Incheon2 line (인천2) or the Airport line (공항철도).

Hello, I’m a Korean researcher who was born and raised in Korea. I joined this site because I’d like to have relaxed, mutually helpful language exchanges with people learning Korean.
I can help with a wide range of Korean, from standard Korean and polite, natural speech to business or academic language, as well as casual expressions people actually use with friends. I can also help with nuance, tone, and what sounds more natural in real conversation, not just direct word meanings.
I’m happy to chat online, but if possible, I’d also be open to meeting in person once in a while. I’m based in Seoul, so someone in the Seoul area would be ideal. I’ll be moving to the U.S. soon, so I’d love to have a meaningful language exchange before then.
As for English, I’m not looking for anything too formal. I mainly want to get more comfortable with small talk and everyday conversation, and to feel less hesitant about speaking. If possible, I’d prefer to connect with a native English speaker.
